About Bundle Law
Tiffany & Bosco’s Bundle Law Department is named for a client-service concept that evolved from two distinct sources of historical significance.
First, a "bundle of sticks" or "bundle of rights" became a common way, in the early 20th century, to explain an owner's rights in real property or land. Each stick represents a different right. For example, one stick is the right to use the property, another is the right to sell the property, another is the right to allow others to use the property, and so on. The concept is equally applicable to a business owner's rights. For example, one stick is the right to own the physical assets of the business, another is the right to own and protect the business's goodwill, another is the right to restrict competition with the business.
Second, one of Aesop's Fables is titled "The Bundle of Sticks" and is much older than the legal reference mentioned above. The moral of the story, demonstrated by an attempt to break the bundle versus an individual stick, is that there is strength in unity. Together, our Bundle Law Department uses its "bundle of sticks" (the professionals at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.) to protect its client's "bundle of sticks" (the client's property and business rights).
